What is new on BRIM UI IDE Version 13.2

• The postInitialize event is added to IDE or Panels.
• Preview tab is added to XMLEditor. You need to refresh/add preview XSLT file to use this functionality properly.
  For installation details please read "ReadMe.txt" file.
• The tooltipColumn attribute is added to components in grid.
• The backgroundColorColumn attribute is added to grid. From now on grid rows can get their backgroundColor from the grid datasource.
